THE NETWORK EFFECT STRUCTURE. (WHERE GROWTH FUELS GROWTH)

"Social media has the power to connect, inspire, and transform lives." - Mark Zuckerberg

THIS IS A PRACTICAL CONTENT SYSTEM AND IT IS OPEN TO ANYONE.

A successful startup needs a scalable design within its architectural framework. This concept, as highlighted by Peter Thiel, truly resonated with me. I learned this the hard way...

Everything that is documented is a duplicate of what has happened or is happening in my personal experience.

I was struggling to set up a converting landing page for my Shopify e-commerce store, but all efforts seemed abortive.

With the photo landing page, I had created earlier by myself, Visitors hop on to my storefront, browse around, and then leave without making a single purchase, which weighs me down as f*ck sometimes.

I got fed up and then placed my store on a “Pause and Rebuild Mode” for about a month or so.

Spent roughly $600 in installing a Zest theme, initially paid $5000 in setting up the store for maximum efficiency and other expenditures too numerous to mention in this letter.

I had too many apps running, and every minute of the day, one or two is about to require a payment. I became agitated and un-unstilled everything called apps and decided to re-think e-commerce altogether.

It has already been recorded in my previous letters, so there's no need to peel the healed flesh from the wound.

I resolved never to be a slave to the algorithmic applications anymore. Hence, I did something.

I started researching, reading everything I could ever find online, and consuming YouTube videos as if my entire life depended on it because it did.

I went back to the drawing table, using Canva. I redesigned my product to comply with the law of effect.

I contacted a supplier on Alibaba and provided him with my criteria. The rest was history.

THE NETWORK EFFECT STRATEGY.

While researching, I came across a material called "Zero to One", by Peter Thiel which I highly suggest to anyone.

The idea of starting a Meta Community centring on the pain point that I’m experiencing was then born.

I created a community on which it was entitled "#NORTH MELBOURNE | FOOTSCRAY | SUNSHINE | BRAYBROOK". https://www.facebook.com/groups/709743021246669/ and

"#BILLBOARD DC | MELBOURNE. https://www.facebook.com/groups/billboarddc/ respectively, and for the intended reason(s), "Network Effect!"

THINK BIG, ACT SMALL.

Thinking big and acting small became a new paradigm for the ideal life.

The ability to think globally while acting locally was a simple step towards turning things around. A notion I learned from the founders of PayPal and via the aforementioned materials.

Paypal paid its consumers $10 to sign up for their product, and an additional $10 for referrals during their early days.

After creating my initial products with a sense of perfection. However, there is no way on God's green earth for me to know if it is a high-quality product until it is tested in the marketplace(s).

I began giving away my product for free and then collected feedback from users. Some are from foreign countries, while others are native.

I started with my pals and my next-door neighbours.

I wasn't too concerned about profits; my idea was that a great business is defined by its ability to create cash flow in the future (Peter Thiel).

They tested the product(s) and honestly gave me a handful of nice feedback on them.

That gave me a little of a dopamine hit and brought me to the agreement that my thoughts are in line with my actions and the results therein.

As per the above-mentioned community URL. It is intended for product testing, iteration, and eventually branding. Most importantly, reviews.

THE GOODLIFE PHILOSOPHY IS OPEN TO EVERYONE.

To attain this goal, you can expect your firm to take shape if you focus on the product rather than the sales.

Build a brand, not a business. People make emotional purchases before rationalising their decisions.

For example, consider Apple, Steve Jobs (Blessed memory), and the lingering nimbus of his charm.

Think of business like a game of chess. And not a roll of the dice.

Anyone can follow suit; the key is to solve your problem and then sell the solution. Or create a solution-centric forum if there’s any word like that and then see how you go.

Yes, like everything else worth building, it’s going to require a little manual effort from your end and then once it’s set up, it's set up for good.

One key takeaway is that you learn better along the way than you could ever imagine reading all available materials online without a single action taken.

Over time, you become what you frequently do.

Self-awareness will educate you that the abilities you possess are monetizable if properly structured.

If you have not yet subscribed to the great life philosophy, please do so soon.

Until next time, friends ^_^
